OEM Manufacturing

We are equipped with:

  • Hot Fill, Retort & High Pressure Processing (HPP) production lines
  • Halal-certified & MeSTI-compliant facilities
  • Custom packaging, including bottles, pouches, sachets, cartons, and meal trays

Packing & Export Fulfilment

  • FCL: 20ft (1,800 cartons) / 40ft (3,600 cartons)
  • Lead time: ~1.5 months from PO confirmation
  • Full export documentation, logistics coordination, and labeling support

Shelf-Life Advisory

We assist partners in understanding and planning for shelf-life based on product type and storage conditions:

  • Ambient shelf-stable products (up to 18 months)
  • Chilled / HPP products (30–60 days)
  • RTE meals (up to 18 months with retort technology)

Our technical and QA teams will advise on suitable packaging and labelling based on shelf-life requirements.
